Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Life happens, and I understand that sometimes plans must change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance. This allows me to offer the time to another client.

• 24+ hours’ notice: You may reschedule or receive a full refund.

• Less than 24 hours’ notice or no-show:The session fee is non-refundable.

• If I ever need to cancel: You’ll receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at a time that works best for you.

Privacy & Care Promise

When you share your heart and your companion animal’s story with me, I hold that trust with the deepest respect. Everything you tell me — and all that your animal communicates — is kept private, safe, and honored.

What I Collect:

• Your name and contact information (to reach you)

• A photo or details about your animal companion (to help me connect)

How I Use Your Information:

• To schedule and share details about your session

• To connect with your companion animal in a meaningful way

Nothing is shared without your explicit permission.

Testimonials, words, or photos are only shared with your blessing.

Respecting Your Choice

You are always in control. You may ask me to update or remove your information, or delete photos and notes at any time — no questions asked.
