I want you to feel safe, respected, and truly cared for at every step in our work together. The following policies are here to set clear expectations and support both your experience and your animal companion’s well-being.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Life happens, and I understand that sometimes plans must change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance. This allows me to offer the time to another client.

• 24+ hours’ notice: You may reschedule or receive a full refund.

• Less than 24 hours’ notice or no-show: The session fee is non-refundable.

• If I ever need to cancel: You’ll receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at a time that works best for you.

Privacy & Care Promise

When you share your heart and your animal companion’s story with me, I hold that trust with the deepest respect. Everything you tell me — and all that your animal companion communicates — is treated as private and confidential and will not be intentionally shared with others without your permission, except when required by law.

What I Collect:

• Your name and contact information (to reach you).

• Basic information about your animal companion, such as their name, species, gender, and whether they are living or in spirit.

• Payment and booking information needed to schedule and process your session. Payment details are processed securely by my payment provider and are not stored by me.

How I Use Your Information:

• To schedule and share details about your session.

• To prepare for and conduct your animal communication session.

• To process payments and manage your booking.

My Promise of Confidentiality

Your stories, your animal companion’s messages, and your personal information are always kept private.

Nothing is intentionally shared with others without your permission, except when required by law.

Testimonials, personal stories, or photos are only shared with your permission.

Respecting Your Choice

You are in control. You may ask me to update or delete personal information, photos, or session notes I maintain about you, subject to any information I am required to retain for legal, tax, or business purposes.

How Long I Keep Information

I keep personal information, photos, and session notes only for as long as reasonably needed to provide my services, maintain appropriate business records, or meet legal and tax requirements.
