Thank you for considering a session with me. My intention is always to create a safe, compassionate, and supportive space for you and your animal companion. These Terms help set clear expectations so we can work together with trust and understanding.

1. Nature of Services

Animal communication is a spiritual and intuitive practice designed to offer insight, comfort, and connection.

My services are not a substitute for veterinary, medical, or psychological care.

I am not a veterinarian, medical professional, or counselor, and I do not diagnose or prescribe treatment.

2. Your Role as Caregiver

You know your animal companion best. Any decisions regarding their care, health, or well-being remain with you.

If your animal companion has health, behavioral, or emergency concerns, please seek appropriate care from a licensed veterinarian or other qualified professional. Animal communication should never be used to delay or replace necessary veterinary care.

3. Session Participation

Animal communication sessions are limited to one human participant. I’ve found that having one person present creates a quieter, more focused space for communication and allows me to stay centered on the connection with your animal companion.

Your session is recorded, and you’re welcome to share the recording privately with family or friends afterward. Please do not post, publish, or distribute any portion of the recording publicly, including on social media, without my prior permission.

4. Privacy & Respect

Everything you tell me — and all that your animal communicates — is treated as private and confidential and will not be intentionally shared with others without your permission, except when required by law.

5. Payment, Cancellations & Rescheduling

Payment is due at the time of booking.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund or may be rescheduled.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session and missed appointments are non-refundable.

If I need to cancel or reschedule your session, you may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Leia Ray is not responsible for decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from information shared during an animal communication session. You remain solely responsible for decisions regarding your animal companion’s health, care, training, behavior, and well-being.

7. Giving Back

Your session also helps other animals in need. A portion of each session fee (10%) is donated to animal shelters and sanctuaries I love and support.

8. Disclaimer

Every session is unique. While many people find the insights meaningful, specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

The choices you make after our time together are entirely your own. My role is simply to share the messages and impressions I receive with care and integrity. Because animal communication is intuitive and spiritual in nature, I cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or verification of information received during a session.

9. Agreement

By booking a session, you acknowledge that you:

• Have read and understood these Terms.

• Understand that the services are spiritual and intuitive in nature.

• Are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to book the session.

Accept that you are responsible for your own decisions regarding your animal companion’s care

10.Governing Law

These Terms and any services provided by Leia Ray are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
